wow! a hello kitty rosary! eek. it's been weird to see rosaries become such a fashion trend, but this hello kitty rosary is way off. i was always taught that you shouldn't wear rosaries because they're sacred- you should only pray with it. i know it's not a real rosary, but it's kind of mocking.

Ugh...I agree. I was taught that it's only to pray with, and that you can wear it only if someone you know is deadly ill and/or dead. But I've seen people wear it all the time just as a fashion trend, and it's sometimes offensive, me being Catholic. Of course, those people are often Catholics, but still. :(
they should have had a hello kitty actually crucified on the cross...then they'd have had it right. but i suppose then, that'd take out the cuteness factor and make it morbid
